When I was downloading my “Adobe creative suite web premium program” it wouldn’t let me download because I couldn’t close my Internet explorer. I pressed the red x on the top right corner, and there was no more web page. That was not enough, my computer still says it is running. I pressed ctrl and alt and delete and Internet explorer is not running. How do I make my instillation work?

i dont know, i tried reinstalling IE6.0 (downloaded it using another pc) but still get the same error. what could be the problem?

I suggest you to use scandisk to check if there are any erros at your PC or migrate to IE7.
