Corrective Actions Request web application

Web application written for “Trojan Battery Company” to publish and track corrective actions request which is a very important part for his ISO9000 quality system.
The application has a nice interface to sort and filter documents, can be used either in English or Español, the system also has a recall system to remind the users of due action items.
